| BOSTON LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
When picking up a customer at Logan, our chauffeurs must report to the Logan limousine holding area and check-in with Massport Authority and then proceed to the terminal limousine stand area when the flight has arrived. Below are directions to the limousine areas for each of the terminals at Logan Airport. Please meet the chauffeur in these designated areas. Additional instructions for Terminals B and C are further down the page.
Terminal A Exit the terminal on the lower level between baggage claims 1 & 2 at (Door A102) and cross over to the limousine stand located at the furthest island from the terminal. If you have a scheduled Meet & Greet Service, meet your greeter at: Baggage Claim Terminal B-1 Exit the terminal on the upper (departure) level (Door B 205) by Dunkin Donuts and walk straight outside. If you have a scheduled Meet & Greet Service, meet your greeter at: Baggage Claim. Per Massport regulations, vehicles are only allowed 10 minutes at the Limousine Stand. When the traveler arrives at Logan, a message from CTS dispatch, will have been left on the traveler’s cell phone with the chauffeur name and cell number. Travelers must call the chauffeur when they are heading to the Limo Stand and the chauffeur will pull up. If you are unable to locate the chauffeur, please contact the dispatch office at 800 564 8116. Terminal B-2 Exit the terminal on the upper (departure) level by Dunkin Donuts (Door B 211), walk outside and turn left. If you have a scheduled Meet & Greet Service, meet your greeter at: Baggage Claim. Per Massport regulations, vehicles are only allowed 10 minutes at the Limousine Stand. Terminal C From “baggage claim”; take the escalator or elevator to the Departure Level, go out Door C 203 and cross over to the limousine stand located at the furthest island from the terminal. If you have a scheduled Meet & Greet Service, meet your greeter at: Baggage Claim Terminal E Exit the terminal by Hudson News (Door E 104) on the lower level, cross over to the pedestrian walkway to the 3rd island and the limousine stand will be on your left. If you have a scheduled Meet & Greet Service, meet your greeter: Outside Customs All Private Air Charters Meet your chauffeur outside Signature Air Terminal Building Logan Airport has signage to instruct you on where to find your private scheduled limousine. All licensed companies are required to check in with Massport prior to arriving at each terminal. TF Green – Providence Airport All Flights All Airlines - Inside baggage claim at the bottom of the escalator – limousine parking area is on the right. Providence Train Station Proceed upstairs and exit on the State House street side of the train station. Your chauffeur will be waiting curbside. Martha’s Vineyard Airport Meet your chauffeur curbside. Hyannis Airport Meet your chauffeur outside terminal building, curbside. Woods Hole Ferry (Steamship Authority) Meet your chauffeur in designated parking area in front of main terminal at the crosswalk at the luggage cart (closest to the boat). Vineyard Haven Ferry Meet your chauffeur in designated parking area located left of the ticket building. Oak Bluffs - Steamship Authority Ferry Only Meet chauffeur at the end of the walkway, curbside. Oak Bluffs – Hyline Ferry Only Meet chauffeur dockside Oak Bluffs - Island Queen Ferry Only Meet chauffeur dockside Hyannis Steamship Authority Meet your chauffeur in parking lot as you exit ferry and proceed to the check-in booth, up the far end of the parking lot.
