When picking up a customer at Logan, our chauffeurs must report to the Logan limousine holding area and check-in with Massport Authority and then proceed to the terminal limousine stand area when the flight has arrived.

Below are directions to the limousine areas for each of the terminals at Logan Airport. Please meet the chauffeur in these designated areas. Additional instructions for Terminals B and C are further down the page.

Terminal A
Comair, Delta, Delta Shuttle, Continental, Northwest
|

Exit the terminal on the lower level between baggage claims 1 & 2 at (Door A102) and cross over to the limousine stand located at the furthest island from the terminal. If you have a scheduled Meet & Greet Service, meet your greeter at: Baggage Claim

Terminal B-1*
Air Canada, Alaska Air, USAir and USAir Shuttle

Exit the terminal on the upper (departure) level (Door B 205) by Dunkin Donuts and walk straight outside. If you have a scheduled Meet & Greet Service, meet your greeter at: Baggage Claim

Terminal B-2*

Exit the terminal on the upper (departure) level by Dunkin Donuts (Door B 211), walk outside and turn left. If you have a scheduled Meet & Greet Service, meet your greeter at: Baggage Claim

Terminal C*

From “baggage claim”; take the escalator or elevator to the Departure Level, go out Door C 203 and cross over to the limousine stand located at the furthest island from the terminal. If you have a scheduled Meet & Greet Service, meet your greeter at: Baggage Claim

Terminal E
All International Flights that must clear Customs at Logan

Exit the terminal by Hudson News (Door E 104) on the lower level, cross over to the pedestrian walkway to the 3rd island and the limousine stand will be on your left. If you have a scheduled Meet & Greet Service, meet your greeter: Outside Customs

Meet your chauffeur outside Signature Air Terminal Building

|
Logan Airport has signage to instruct you on where to find your private scheduled limousine. All licensed companies are required to check in with Massport prior to arriving at each terminal.

*Terminal B and C procedures: Per Massport regulations, vehicles are only allowed 10 minutes at the Limousine Stand. When the traveler arrives at Logan, a message from CTS dispatch, will have been left on the traveler’s cell phone with the chauffeur name and cell number. Travelers must call the chauffeur when they are heading to the Limo Stand and the chauffeur will pull up. If you are unable to locate the chauffeur, please contact the dispatch office at 800 564 8116.
